Professional Kinesiology Services is centrally located between Chicago, Detroit and Indianapolis, IN. Our office for individual sessions is located at 1726 W. Lincoln Ave. Suite #3, in Goshen, Indiana. Classes are held at a separate facility in Goshen or may be held at your location provided there is a minimum number of students to cover expenses.

For those traveling from Chicago, take I 80/90 east to the Goshen/Bristol exit (SR15). From there take SR15 south to Goshen. Turn right on Lincoln Ave (west) and proceed until you come to 1726 W. Lincoln Ave (about 1 mile).

From Detroit, take I-75 south to I 80-90 west. Proceed westbound until you come to the Goshen/Bristol exit. Take SR 15 south into Goshen. Turn right on Lincoln Ave. and proceed to 1726 W. Lincoln Ave.

From Indianapolis go north on U.S. 31 to Route 6 and turn right (east) until you come to SR15 and turn left, (north). Take SR15 into Goshen and turn left on Lincoln Ave. and proceed west to 1726 W. Lincoln Ave.

There are numerous hotels/motels/inns and in the area. Goshen, located in Elkhart County, IN is in the heart of Amish country.
Essenhaus is a great place to stay and get a taste of the local Amish culture.
Another favorite spot is Amish Acres in nearby Nappanee, IN.
Other websites that may give you a taste of the area are Amish Country and Elkhart County Indiana. There are of course many of the national chain hotels in the area.
